FittMeter ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your data when you use our mobile application and web portal (collectively, the "Platform"). By using FittMeter, you agree to the terms described here.

1Information We Collect

Account Information

When you register, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and role (Member, Gym Owner, Trainer, Seller).

Gym & Membership Data

For gym owners, we collect gym details (name, address, contact). Membership purchase dates, plan details, and attendance logs are stored for members.

Store & Payment Data

When you make a purchase, we collect your shipping address, order details, and a payment confirmation ID from Razorpay. We do NOT store full card numbers or CVV — these are handled entirely by Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.

Usage Data

We collect anonymised analytics such as screens visited, actions taken, and device type to improve the Platform.

Profile Photos

If you upload a profile photo, it is stored securely in our cloud storage.

3Sharing Your Information

With Gym Owners

Your name and membership details are visible to the gym owner you are enrolled with.

With Sellers

When you place a store order, your shipping address and contact name are shared with the seller to fulfil your order.

With Razorpay

Payment processing is handled by Razorpay. Your financial data is subject to Razorpay's Privacy Policy (razorpay.com/privacy).

With Shiprocket

Your delivery address and contact details are shared with Shiprocket to enable logistics and tracking.

Legal Disclosure

We may disclose your data if required by Indian law, a court order, or to protect FittMeter's rights.

4Data Retention

✓Account data is retained for the duration of your account and 3 years thereafter
✓Order records are retained for 7 years to comply with GST regulations
✓Attendance logs are retained for 2 years
✓You may request deletion of your account data at any time (see Section 7)

5Cookies & Tracking

Our web portal uses essential session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. You can clear cookies through your browser settings, though this may log you out of the platform.

6Data Security

✓All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption
✓Supabase Row-Level Security (RLS) ensures users can only access their own data
✓Payment secrets are handled server-side only — never exposed to browsers
✓Admin access requires two-factor verification
✓We conduct regular security audits of our database policies

7Your Rights (DPDP Act, 2023)

✓Right to Access: Request a copy of your personal data
✓Right to Correction: Update inaccurate or incomplete data
✓Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your account and associated data
✓Right to Grievance: Raise a complaint with our Data Protection Officer
✓Right to Nominate: Appoint a nominee for your data in case of death/incapacity

8Children's Privacy

FittMeter is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us immediately at privacy@fittmeter.com.

9Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of FittMeter after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
