1Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the FittMeter Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or 13+ with parental consent), have read and understood these Terms, and agree to comply with them and all applicable Indian laws.

2User Accounts

• •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• •You must not share your account with others.
• •You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• •FittMeter reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3Gym Owners & Sellers

• •Gym Owners are responsible for the accuracy of gym details, member data, and fee structures listed on the platform.
• •Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of product listings, stock levels, and timely order fulfilment.
• •FittMeter is not responsible for disputes between gym owners/sellers and their customers.
• •Sellers must comply with all applicable GST, tax, and consumer protection laws.

4Payments & Refunds

• •All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a licensed payment aggregator.
• •FittMeter collects a platform commission on all store transactions.
• •Refunds for store orders are governed by the seller's stated return policy.
• •Gym membership fees are non-refundable unless the gym is closed or removed from the platform.
• •In case of fraudulent transactions, contact us immediately at tech@fittmeter.com.

5Prohibited Activities

• •Using the platform for any unlawful purpose
• •Uploading false, misleading, or fraudulent product listings
• •Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise platform security
• •Creating multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions
• •Posting abusive, defamatory, or offensive content

6Intellectual Property

All content on FittMeter — including the app design, code, logos, and features — is the exclusive property of FittMeter Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.

7Limitation of Liability

FittMeter is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, business interruption, or gym-related disputes. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to FittMeter in the last 3 months.

8Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. We encourage resolving disputes amicably before pursuing legal action.

9Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you via the app or email for material changes. Continued use of FittMeter after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
